Fee Policy
Refund policy:
We can refund payments for the month even after the initiation of classes for that specific month if the student decides to stop the classes. Our refund policy is unconditional.
Complaints:
We take a proactive approach in this regard; our QA department reqularly contacts our esteemed students to gauge their satisfaction level and assertain if they are totally satasfied.
Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your subscription by giving prior notice a month in advance.
Public Holidays:
Our fees are charged on a monthly basis and the hadya of the fees is fixed beforehand.
Payment of Fee:
We charge advance payments at the start of each month by furnishing an invoice for the fee.
